J&K Jewelry is a new local jewellery business in Hong Kong. I built and set up their Shopify store from scratch, shaped around how they wanted to sell, then handed it over to their team to run.

The brief
As a new business, J&K Jewelry was starting with no online store and no existing system to build on. They needed someone to turn their ideas into a working shop and take care of the whole setup.
After launch, their own team would be running the store day to day, so it had to be simple for non-technical staff to manage.
What I did
- Worked through their needs with the team first: how they wanted to present the collection, which products to launch with, and how customers would buy.
- Set up the Shopify store end to end, covering store settings, collections, product structure, navigation, payments, shipping and checkout.
- Built the theme around their brand and product photography, with a bilingual storefront for local customers.
- Made the main sections editable in the Shopify theme editor, then handed over to their team with a walkthrough of how to update products and content.
The result
- J&K Jewelry went from no online presence to a complete, launch-ready store built around their business.
- Their team now maintains products and content themselves, with no developer needed for everyday updates.
